If you require immediate assistance at an event, please call one of the two Event Day Support Phone Lines. For Scoring System or Control System support, call the Tech Support line. For all other questions including rules, judging, logistics, or resources, please call the general support line.

Bug Reports

When creating an issue for a bug report, please give the issue an instructive title, describe what occurred, what you expected to occur, and what computer or device you where using along with the browser. Please also zip up your db folder and upload it to the issue. These instuctions can also be found here.
